Wendy Weiss, President

Wendy WeissWendy Weiss, who is known as The Queen of Cold Calling™, is an author, speaker, sales trainer, and sales coach. She is recognized as one of the leading authorities on lead generation, cold calling and new business development and she helps clients speed up their sales cycle, reach more prospects directly and generate more sales revenue. Her clients include Avon Products, ADP, Sprint and thousands of entrepreneurs throughout the country.

Wendy has been featured in the New York Times, BusinessWeek, Entrepreneur Magazine, Selling Power, Inc, Forbes and various other business and sales publications. She is the author of Cold Calling for Women: Opening Doors & Closing Sales and The Sales Winner’s Handbook: Essential Scripts & Strategies to Skyrocket Sales Performance.

She specializes in working with companies that want to increase sales revenue by generating new business and/or companies with under-performing sales teams. She has helped clients double and triple the number of new business appointments they can schedule resulting in a matching increase in sales.

Wendy is also a former ballet dancer who believes that everything she knows in life she learned in ballet class.


Kim Storz, Director of Operations

As Director Of Operations, Kim oversees customer accounts, customer service, billing and technical support. Kim also project manages all marketing and sales campaigns, social media and production and delivery of all coaching programs.

Kim has a BA in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Teaching and began working with Wendy in 2010. She has prior to starting with Wendy, Kim had been a Social Worker for the State of Missouri and spent many years as the Director of Education for multiple Early Childhood Development Programs.

Kim lives in Southern Florida and as mother of 3  daughters, she enjoys spending time with her family in the pool or at the beach.


Tim Egan, Director of Coaching and New Business

Tim has been with Weiss Communications for almost 4 years and actively engages in all aspects of prospecting on a regular basis. Tim is keenly aware of the challenges prospecting presents and enjoys developing strategies to overcome them.

Tim has worked with Lead Generation Services, Inside and Outside Sales organizations in various industries over the past 15 years. Prior to this, Tim worked in the Hospitality Industry for 25 years operating a wide variety of hotel brands including Hilton, Intercontinental Hotels and Wyndham Hotels.

When Tim is not interacting with customers, he’s spending time with his 2 boys either practicing sports with them or cheering them on at their various games.


Gayl Forman, Director of of New Business Development

Gayl Forman began working with Wendy in 2008 after signing up for what is now called the “Prospecting Mastery” program. Although she began cold calling as a teenager, working summers for her father, an employment agency owner, she hated most of all dealing with rude prospects. His trial and error method didn’t help. Wendy’s course was a breath of fresh air because of its clear logical breakdown of all of the elements that go into achieving positive results.

Gayl solicited donations for school auction fundraisers where her children attended. She began by door-to-door soliciting until an injury left her temporarily housebound and so led her to tap into using the telephone. Wendy’s homework honed her skills reaping the top number of donations brought in by any parent on the various soliciting teams of which she was a member.

Gayl has a background in dance: ballet and modern, a certification to teach the Lynn Simonson jazz technique and has taught dance to preschoolers. She is presently pursuing an Alexander Technique teaching certification.
